Mine ran fine, but I ran into a bug 8 HOURS IN where I fell through the ground right at a checkpoint.Because you can't save yourself I had to start all over again.And this was after the Steam Sale, so the game had been out for a month or two and supposedly fixed issues like that.I also had bugs with the challenges unlocking properly. Things like 'Do 4 different takedowns in a predator mission' would sometimes just not unlock. And when some of those are only unlockable at about 3 spots in the entire game, it makes it almost impossible to do them all in one playthrough. And after a game destroying glitch like infinitely falling through a building, I don't intend to play this one ever again. Now is this a great analogy? Obviously if someone has a heart attack, hearing about someone else's heart condition will have absolutely nothing to do with it.Meanwhile, if the OP hears that many other people are running the game just fine, and hears their specs and stuff, maybe he can figure out if he has a random hardware issue or if the OS he is using has troubles with this particular game.No one is saying the port is perfect.

Part of developing for PC is accounting for infinite hardware setups. I have definitely figured out issues with my setup in the past by hearing from others about what does/does not work for them. But I guess YMMV? Now is this a great analogy?

The game itself runs awesome for me as well (60fps almost all the way through to where I am now which is the first Killer Croc fight, so not really far at all).My problem were the FMV cutscenes. Which REALLY shouldn't be any issue.I looked up the problem on Google and came across posts on the Steam community forums. Many people had the same problem and almost all of them seemed to have an AMD graphics card (as do I).My PC is more than capable of running this game but it still has bugs the other Arkham games never had (at least not for me).I don't mind if I have to lower my graphics settings if I have a stuttering framerate, I'm not a graphics whore at all.

But having stuttering VIDEOS is simply unacceptable. Especially if there is no official patch to fix them.Also I have no fucking clue where my sound issue stems from.

I have the same on-board soundchip as pretty much everyone does (AC97) so I can't explain why there would even be issues.To be more precise: The sound glitch I experience is a short crackle then a whole amount of nothing. The game itself plays fine and even the framerate seems to pick up a little. Then a few seconds later the game crashes.I just don't understaaaaaaaand D. Yeah, that was an issue. But there was a walkthrough on youtube for a glitch to get around it.

Spent an hour trying to get it to work the way it was shown, then my wife took the controller and pulled the glitch off in 5 minutes.(edit) As for it being an AMD problem? I'm running a 7870 and haven't had that particular issue. Is it an older AMD card issue maybe?Now that I think about it, there was one additional glitch where Killer Croc was invisible for half of his fight. But besides those two issues for me, the game played fine.
